Exchanges & Returns

 

At Renox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make an exchange or return, follow these simple steps.


When can you exchange or return your purchase?

  • The product must be new and unused.
  • It must include the original packaging, such as the box and compostable bag (if applicable) or any material that protects the box during shipping.
  • Important: If the product is returned damaged or used, we will not issue a refund or exchange. We recommend testing your Renox on a carpet to avoid damage.


Remember about natural leather:
  • Natural leather adapts to your foot after use. Before requesting an exchange, keep in mind that with use, Renox boots will stretch and slightly mold to your feet.

 

 

How to make an exchange or return?

Please write us to soporte@renox.cl to request a exchange or return. We will share you a link to our exchanges portal Loop.


Exchange and Return Conditions (Web Purchases):

  • Exchanges: You can exchange your product within 30 days of receipt. Up to 2 exchanges per order are allowed.
  • Returns: Returns are only processed for online purchases and must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Exceptions: Socks are not accepted for return.


What happens after you send your product?

  • Once we receive your product, we will check it in our quality control.
  • If the product is in good condition, we will process your exchange or return as soon as possible.

 

When can you request an exchange?

  • If the size is not correct.
  • If the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Important: Exchanges can only be made for the same product or one of equal or greater value. If you choose a product of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.


Who pays for shipping?

  • We offer very convenient return shipping costs. The customer bears the cost.
  • Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.
  • Please include your order number and the reason for the return on a piece of paper inside the package.


Money Refunds:

  • If you request a refund, it can take up to 15 business days from when we receive and approve the product.
  • The money will be returned to the same payment method you used, or as a balance in your Mercado Pago or Venti Pay account.
  • Only the product value will be refunded, not the shipping costs.


Warranty:

  • All products come with a 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
  • Warranties do not cover natural wear or misuse of the products.


Products without exchange or return:

  • Socks, underwear, personalized products, or final sale items do not have exchanges or returns.
